Terms and Conditions

1. Campaign Period

The Share Your Flexar Journey Campaign ("Campaign") is organised by Flexar and runs from 6 August 2026 to 16 August 2026, 11.59pm (SGT) ("Campaign Period").

2. Eligibility

This Campaign is open only to existing Flexar users who:

• Hold a valid and verified Flexar account; and
• Based on Flexar's records, did not redeem or receive our $88 CDC Ride Voucher

Flexar reserves the right to verify each participant's eligibility. Flexar's determination of eligibility shall be final.

3. How to Participate

To participate during the Campaign Period, eligible participants must:

• Complete at least one (1) Flexar rental.
• Record a video showcasing their Flexar journey, including the Flexar vehicle, pick-up location and destination, and share what made the journey memorable.
• Publish the video as a public post on Facebook, Instagram or TikTok.
• Tag the relevant official Flexar account:
  • Facebook & Instagram: @FlexarCarSharing
  • TikTok: @Flexar Mobility
• Keep the post publicly accessible for at least seven (7) working days after the Campaign Period ends to allow Flexar to complete the verification process.‍
• Optional: Participants may also send their published post to Flexar via direct message (DM) to help facilitate the verification process.
• Sending a post via DM does not replace the requirement to publish a public post.

4. Reward

Each eligible participant who successfully fulfils all Campaign requirements will receive one (1) $88 Flexar CDC Ride Voucher.

‍Only one (1) reward will be awarded per eligible participant, regardless of the number of eligible entries submitted.

5. Verification

All entries are subject to verification by Flexar. Flexar reserves the right to verify a participant's identity, account status, eligibility and compliance with these Terms & Conditions.

Flexar may reject or disqualify any entry that:

• Is incomplete or inaccurate.
• Is submitted using an unverified Flexar account.
• Does not satisfy the Campaign requirements.
• Contains false or misleading information.
• Has been deleted, made private or is otherwise inaccessible during the verification period.
• Is suspected of fraudulent, abusive or dishonest conduct.

6. Reward Fulfilment

Eligible participants will receive their $88 Flexar CDC Ride Voucher within two (2) working days after the Campaign Period ends, subject to successful verification.

7. Voucher Terms

The $88 Flexar CDC Ride Voucher:

• Is non-transferable.
• Is not exchangeable for cash.
• Cannot be replaced if lost, expired or forfeited.
• Is subject to its applicable validity period and redemption terms.

8. Participant Responsibilities

By participating in this Campaign, participants confirm that:

• They are the creator or rightful owner of the submitted content.
• Their submission does not infringe the intellectual property, privacy or other rights of any third party.
• They have obtained the consent of any identifiable individuals appearing in the video.
• Their submission complies with all applicable laws and the community guidelines of the relevant social media platform.

9. Disqualification

Flexar reserves the right to reject or disqualify any entry that:

• Contains unlawful, offensive, defamatory, misleading or inappropriate content.
• Does not comply with these Terms & Conditions.
• Is deemed by Flexar to undermine the fairness or integrity of the Campaign.

10. General

Employees of Flexar and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
Flexar reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate the Campaign or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
Flexar's decision on all matters relating to the Campaign, including participant eligibility and reward entitlement, shall be final and binding.

Terms and Conditions

• This promotion is available only to eligible Flexar users who completed at least one (1) successful rental between 15 June 2026 and 31 July 2026.
• Eligible users may enjoy 20% OFF rental charges by applying the promotional code AUG20OFF before confirming their booking.
• The promotional code is valid from 1 August 2026 to 31 August 2026 (both dates inclusive).
• The promotional code is valid all day, every day throughout the promotion period, including weekdays, weekends and Singapore public holidays.
• The promotional code must be applied before booking confirmation and cannot be applied retrospectively to completed, ongoing or cancelled rentals.
• The promotional code may be used multiple times during the promotion period, subject to these Terms & Conditions.
• No minimum spend is required to redeem the promotional code.
• The promotional code applies only to rental charges and is not valid for platform fees, fuel surcharges, Collision Damage Waiver (CDW), penalties, fines or any other ancillary charges.
• The promotional code cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional code, voucher or promotional offer, unless otherwise stated by Flexar.
• The promotional code is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash, credit or any other benefit.
• Flexar reserves the right to verify the eligibility of participants. Any abuse, misuse, fraudulent activity or creation of multiple accounts to obtain promotional benefits may result in disqualification and the forfeiture of promotional benefits.
• Flexar reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate this promotion, or amend these Terms & Conditions, at any time without prior notice.
• In the event of any dispute arising from this promotion, Flexar's decision shall be final and binding.
• By participating in this promotion, users agree to these Terms & Conditions and the applicable Flexar Membership Terms & Conditions.

Terms & Conditions:

• Promotion is available to eligible new users who successfully sign up for a Flexar account and complete their account verification between 12:00 AM on 1 August 2026 and 11:59 PM on 31 August 2026.
• Each eligible user is entitled to one (1) $88 Flexar CDC Voucher only.
• The voucher will be credited to the user's Flexar account upon successful completion of account verification.
• The voucher is valid until 11:59 PM on 31 August 2026. Any unused voucher value will expire automatically and will not be reinstated or extended.
• Where voucher credits have been applied to a rental, and that rental is subsequently refunded or adjusted, the refund or adjustment will be returned to the user's Flexar account as voucher credits and not in cash.
• Returned credits carry the same validity period and will expire at 11:59 PM on 31 August 2026. This validity will not be extended, including where the refund or adjustment is processed close to the expiry date.
• Where a rental was paid partly by voucher credits and partly by another payment method, any refund or adjustment will be returned in the same proportion as the original payment.
• Any unused voucher value will not be reimbursed, refunded, or exchanged for cash after expiry.
• No minimum spend is required to redeem the voucher.
• Voucher is not applicable for platform fee, fuel surcharges or CDW.
• The voucher is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
• Vouchers are stackable with other vouchers, promotions, or discounts unless otherwise stated by Flexar.
• Flexar reserves the right to verify the eligibility of participants and disqualify anyone found to have abused or manipulated the promotion.
• Flexar reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the promotion and these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
• By participating in this promotion, users agree to these Terms & Conditions and the applicable Flexar Membership Terms & Conditions.
