Advance Reservation: Reserve a Flexar Car Up to 7 Days Ahead

Planning an early morning trip in Singapore? Flexar Advance Reservation lets you request a car up to 7 days in advance for trips between 6:00 AM and 9:00 AM.
Whether you're heading to work, the airport or an early appointment, you can plan your journey ahead instead of searching for a car on the morning itself.
How does Flexar Advance Reservation work?
It’s simple:
1. Submit your request
Open the Flexar app and select your date, start time, start station, end station and preferred car size.
2. Flexar checks availability
Your request will show as Pending while we check vehicle and parking availability the evening before your trip, generally from 10:00 PM–11:00 PM.
3. Get your confirmation
If your request is successful, you'll receive a push notification with your vehicle's licence plate number and your status will change to Confirmed.
How much does Advance Reservation cost?
A standard promotional flat fee of $1.50 applies.
The surcharge is only charged once your reservation is officially confirmed.
What happens on the day of my trip?
Before your trip, check the Advance Reservation page in the Flexar app for your vehicle's licence plate and station instructions.
When you arrive at your start station, start your rental within 20 minutes of your scheduled time. Then simply drive to your designated end station and complete your rental.
What if there is no parking at my destination?
If the app shows no parking available at your destination, tap "No parking available" in the map.
Flexar will add a parking spot so you can reserve it in advance or end your rental if you're already at the station.
What if my reservation cannot be fulfilled?
In rare cases where unforeseen circumstances prevent Flexar from fulfilling your reservation, your Advance Reservation Surcharge will be fully refunded.
